I am known as Ken or Kenny, I spent a long time living in England where I met and married my wife Sadie…. and what a blessing that was! I have always wanted to support others who were less fortunate and would benefit from a hand up. This is not always financial, but can be a word of encouragement. Meeting Sadie has really complimented this dream because she is really into caring for others, particularly her family, community members and children. I am a practical, hands-on person staying in the background giving others the space and opportunity to grow and shine. I get pleasure when I see children grow and mature having been given love, good care and education from adults. I am looking forward to the Plantain initiative – the gardening project and others like this where I can till the soil and come into my own… in touch with nature!
